Inside Sales Representative

Advanced Technology Recycling (ATR) is a leader in commercial electronic recycling, offering innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients. About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, customer service, and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Sales Growth: Make 50+ outbound calls daily to establish customer contact and follow up on inbound inquiries.

- Promote ATR Services: Assess customer needs, explain service benefits, and facilitate solutions to meet client requirements.

- Revenue Generation: Utilize market analysis and strategic practices to identify opportunities with new and existing accounts.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-ups.

- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to streamline the sales process.

- Achieve Goals: Meet departmental sales targets and report progress regularly.

- Professional Excellence: Uphold ATR’s high standards of ethics, compliance, and customer service.

Qualifications

- Education: High School Diploma required; Associates degree with 2+ years of inside sales experience preferred.

- Skills: Exceptional customer service and rapport-building abilities. Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems effectively. Proficiency in networking and initiating client conversations. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

- Other Requirements: Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record. Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreement. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Occasional travel and physical requirements (sitting, occasional standing, walking, bending, etc.).
