Key Responsibilities:
- Support outside sales representatives and broker partners
- Manage customer accounts and maintain sales pipeline
- Respond to inbound phone and email inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry and lead tracking
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve workflows
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong data entry, math, and computer skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20/hour + commission | Weekly pay
- Expected annual earnings: $50,000+
