We are currently projecting to hire NPW resources to manage projects relating to migrating our WiFi infrastructure to a new solution within our major AT&T corporate buildings. It is roughly ~100 locations that will require project management for coordinating local field forces, Life Cycle Management (LCM), and WiFi ops to make the configuration changes. It would require change management as well. The resources will not be performing any configuration changes. This is strictly a coordination effort for the resources. Our LCM team performs all layer 3/2 switch configuration changes. Our WiFi Ops team performs all AP configuration.
