Aston Carter is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a global leader in the consumer goods industry to identify a Benefits Administrator with experience supporting HR systems and benefits operations across the U.S. and Canada. This role is critical in ensuring seamless benefits delivery, compliance, and data integrity across multiple platforms and vendors. The Benefits Administrator will support the technical and operational administration of employee benefit programs across the U.S. and Canada. This role works closely with the benefits strategy team, payroll, and external vendors including Fidelity (third-party benefits administrator) and carriers. The administrator ensures accurate data exchange, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $110.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
