Bilingual Hr Generalist

The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR Manager and serve as a key resource for employees. This role ensures smooth HR processes by managing documentation, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations and projects, handling incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining organized filing systems, updating and maintaining HR-related spreadsheets and databases with accuracy, responding to general employee inquiries and providing guidance on basic HR policies and procedures, performing administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and document management, monitoring and responding to HR-related emails in a timely and professional manner, and supporting HR communications and ensuring employees receive accurate information. Essential skills include 1-3 years of HR and HRIS experience, experience with human resources information systems (HRIS), some experience with ADP, bilingual in Spanish, and skills in employee relations, data entry, and administrative support. Additional skills and qualifications include experience in HR administration. The HR Generalist will work in an office or cubicle setting attached to a warehouse, operating from 8 AM to 5 PM.
