HR Analyst

We are looking for an experienced HR Analyst to oversee and optimize human resource information systems for an organization in Lisle, Illinois. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage system implementations, ensure data integrity, and support the organization's HR operations effectively. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's HRIS platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of HRIS systems, including UltiPro, ADP Online, and UKG Pro.
  • Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to address system-related challenges and improve workflows.
  • Develop and execute training programs for HRIS users to ensure proper utilization of systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain seamless operations.
  • Implement and support Total Rewards modules within HRIS platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all HRIS processes.
  • Create and manage detailed documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing HRIS platforms, such as UltiPro, ADP Online, UKG Pro, or similar systems.
  • Strong background in HRIS implementation, integration, and system analysis.
  • Solid understanding of Total Rewards modules and their application within HR systems.
  • Familiarity with data security practices and privacy regulations in HR processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting system issues and implementing solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to support user training and documentation.
