The Global Product Solutions Strategy And Operations (GPS StratOps) team partners closely with each Global Product Solutions (GPS) leadership team and the regional Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to drive initiatives end-to-end for Global Business Organization (GBO). The team's job to be done range from running point on the GPS annual strategy planning process, defining and aligning Product Objectives and Key Results (OKR) metrics to steer the Ads business with, prepping product-specific Business Forecast Meeting (BFM) executive reviews with Google's Chief Business Officer and product-specific Steering Committee (SteerCo) reviews with cross-functional business and product leaders, and one-off, product-centric strategy projects to drive outcomes in service of product positioning and activation.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
