General Clerk Opportunity

Volt is immediately hiring a General Clerk in Milan, IL. As a General Clerk, you will:

• Have exceptional data entry speed/accuracy plus ability to stay focused and perform work for long periods of time.
• Be self-motivated to help coworkers at all times.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and ability to work with varying types of personalities.
• Have an administrative background and experience in a warehouse/shipping office environment and familiarity with shipping material, DOT regulations, and the relationship between the two.
• Have experience with inventory systems/tools/AS400 program, which will be extremely beneficial in troubleshooting inventory issues.
• Show attention to detail, timeliness, and excellent attendance as the position is imperative in keeping operation running.

This is a full-time contract opportunity with a duration of 12 months. The location is Milan, IL 61264, with a pay rate of $16-$18 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
