The Franchise Coaching Team provides support that enables our franchisees to grow results and build robust scalable businesses.
As a Franchise Coach, you will work directly with franchisees in areas such as business planning, practice management, sales process, new franchisee activation, and franchisee exit planning. You'll leverage direct coaching, strong internal partnerships and digital resources to ensure finalists and franchisees have the skills, tools, and resources to drive growth in their business. This role is focused on delivering practical, actionable guidance through direct consultation as well as managing portions of the larger coaching program.
This position will primarily support the Midwest and Great Lakes Region. The ideal candidate will be located in a major market within the region and have a comfortable distance to a major airport for travel capabilities. A full-time telecommute option may be available for candidates residing outside reasonable commuting distance from a corporate office.

Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license
5+ years of financial services experience
5+ years of financial services sales, coaching, and/or consulting
Travel required. May travel 25% - 50% of the time (varies based on region/market/business needs)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
CFPĀ® designation or advanced credentials
Active and valid FINRA Series 9/10 license
Strong performance-driven mindset
Proven success in developing and managing relationships
Technical skills in content development, PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of Schwab's products and services
