The primary responsibility of the Fleet Operations Coordinator is to manage the Fleet Manager inbox, addressing inquiries and following up with drivers and a third-party fleet management vendor. This role involves ensuring alignment on service agreements, monitoring fleet operations, and overseeing vehicle performance, safety, and maintenance to ensure compliance and optimal functionality.

This role offers a mostly remote working environment with a hybrid schedule. The position is based in Deerfield, IL. Onsite presence is required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with a flexible third optional onsite day. Remote work is available for two days per week, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
