Field Support Center Specialist (FSCS)

We're looking for a Field Support Center Specialist (FSCS) to be the frontline hero supporting our service partners and customers. You'll be the go-to expert for technical support—delivering solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our partners receive world-class service.

What You'll Do:

• Handle up to 40 calls a day with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, accessories, consumables, and spare parts.
• Document interactions and escalate priority issues when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support after-hours hotline when business needs arise.

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of hands-on technician experience (automotive, HVAC, electronics, etc.).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity.
• A team-first mindset and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with electrical wiring or hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
• A passion for helping others and solving technical puzzles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
