Field Service Technician – Travel, Tech & Customer Impact

From remote diagnostics to hands-on repairs, you'll be the face of innovation and reliability. What You'll Do:

• Travel locally and internationally to install, maintain, and repair advanced printing systems
• Deliver top-tier customer training and support—onsite and remotely
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues with confidence
• Manage service inventory and coordinate shipments with precision
• Mentor junior techs and lead channel support initiatives

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with industrial equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and software systems
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms and Windows-based environments
• Bonus: Experience with CMYK printing, Adobe Suite, and RIP software

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
