The Field Service Representative I position is responsible for providing reverse pharmaceutical services to Pharma Logistics customers in their assigned territory. The duties include complete responsibility for servicing accounts in an assigned territory, coordinating and booking travel to perform service events, maintaining Pharma Dispatch compliance, accurate recording of pharmaceutical inventory via laptop computer, packaging pharmaceutical products into shipping boxes, coordinating shipping arrangements with FedEx and UPS, meeting or exceeding assigned KPI/Metrics based on service quality, customer feedback, and overall productivity, ensuring timely and appropriate communication with all key stakeholders and customers, developing and maintaining strong business relationships with new and current customers, managing and maintaining expenses, and up to 75% of daytime and overnight travel. Ability to meet client needs through high level of travel and other ad hoc projects & reports.
Beneficial education, skills, and experience include a proven track record in providing superior service to multiple accounts in a multi-city territory, experience performing multiple service calls daily, and knowledge of pharmaceuticals and controlled substances.
Required education, skills, and experience include a high school or GED diploma or equivalent work experience, minimum 4 years of industry or equivalent experience, the ability to work remotely and in a self-motivating capacity, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proficiency with computers and MS Office, ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying urgency, exceptional organization and time management skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and self-starter ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The hourly range for this position is $21.50-26.50. May vary based on factors including, but not limited to, Pharma Logistics business and organizational needs, as well as an individual’s relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance.
