Field Service Engineer – Control Systems

Location: Crest Hill, IL (75% Travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure drive systems for automated machinery.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
• Design and implement HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications.
• Integrate and support data acquisition and SCADA systems.
• Design electrical circuits and develop associated documentation.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for system components.
• Conduct system testing and validation prior to deployment.
• Perform system start-ups and commissioning at customer sites.
• Provide field engineering services for customer drive systems and automation controls.
• Deliver technical assistance and customer service to internal teams and external clients.
• Conduct engineering studies to support system improvements and troubleshooting.
• 75% travel to customer sites for system installation, commissioning, and support.
• 25% onsite work at the Crest Hill, IL location for system development and preparation.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
