We're looking for a Direct Support Manager to join our team! This position's primary focus is to coordinate and direct operations of our Residential and/or Day Services Program. This includes scheduling of staff, implementing program plans, and coordinating appointments and activities for the individuals served.

What you'll do: + Bring valuable insights, institutional knowledge, and assistance to members of the direct support team. + Demonstrate and train team members to interact with the people we serve in an emotionally supportive and therapeutic manner. + Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the residential facility and vehicles, ensuring all living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards + Provide guidance and assist with emergency situations on an on-call basis + Manage petty cash funds and other financial accounts, as well as the purchasing of groceries and supplies. + Maintain medical, social and programmatic files with detailed and accurate documentation
