Level 2 Desktop Technician

Position Overview: We are actively seeking a Level 2 Desktop Technician with a strong emphasis on hardware repair and break/fix support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and resolving physical device issues across a variety of platforms and equipment. You'll be working in a fast-paced enterprise environment, supporting end users and ensuring hardware functionality across desktops, laptops, and managed print devices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform break/fix repairs on Dell and Lenovo laptops and desktops.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues including component replacements (e.g., hard drives, memory, motherboards).
• Provide support for managed print services, including remote printer programming.
• Document all work and communications using a ticketing system (ServiceNow).
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all company training, legal, and ethical standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in IT hardware support or desktop technician roles.
• Ability to become certified in Dell and HP hardware repairs.
• Strong hands-on experience with physical laptop repairs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with managed print services and remote printer programming.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and service level agreements.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
