Afternoon Shift (1pm–9:30pm): Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday

Afternoon Shift (1pm–9:30pm): Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Sunday

Morning Shift (8am–4:30pm): Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday

Morning Shift (8am–4:30pm): Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Sunday

What You'll Do

Assist customers with roadside emergencies, repair approvals, and insurance claims

Manage rental requests and trip interruption inquiries

Use internal systems to move service requests forward

Deliver clear, empathetic, and effective support—every call, every time
