Customer Service Representative

Job Overview: We're seeking a friendly and detail-oriented customer service representative to join a collaborative and upbeat team. This role involves supporting customers via phone and in-person, processing orders, and handling clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations—especially around auction days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle approximately 30 customer calls per day
• Provide support via mail, phone, and in-person interactions
• Process orders and assignments using internal systems
• Reference pricing and delivery information
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests
• Set up and maintain customer records
• Perform general clerical duties including word processing and filing
• Prepare paperwork for auction day and secure necessary approvals
• Assist with various office tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of customer service experience (retail or office)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (especially spreadsheets)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an office environment
• Experience in insurance or claims processing

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
