What You'll Do: Respond to 25–50+ inbound calls and 50–100+ emails daily with speed, accuracy, and empathy. Answer questions about shipping, product availability, and pricing. Use internal systems to research and resolve customer inquiries. Create and manage cases for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs—both stated and unstated. Manage orders and provide updates across the fulfillment chain. Deliver transparency and proactive communication using critical thinking and problem-solving. Handle both internal and external inquiries with professionalism and care.
What You Bring: Must-Haves: 2+ years of customer service experience in a product-based company (non-scripted environments preferred). Experience with ERP systems for order entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general computer skills. Strong written communication skills—email is a big part of your day! High School Diploma or equivalent. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with claims processing and CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics). High-volume inbound phone experience (50+ calls/day). Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
