Customer Service Representative

This is a customer service role focused on email and case resolution, not a high-volume call center position. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the Customer Support team, assisting account managers who oversee fleet operations.
  • Provide support for vehicle orders and resolve customer service issues (e.g., assisting drivers whose vehicles have been impounded).
  • Educate drivers on services and processes to help prevent future issues.
  • Conduct in-depth research to resolve cases—critical thinking and problem-solving are essential.
  • Communicate frequently with internal departments via Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage a high volume of customer emails and cases using Salesforce.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to customers as needed.
  • Enter customer information into systems while actively engaging with them.
  • Use internal systems to:
    • Create vehicle selectors
    • Process billing changes
    • Generate reports
    • Distribute insurance cards
    • Update driver data
    • Reach out to drivers via phone or email to collect missing information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office-based customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent grammar and professional email etiquette
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and monitors
  • Basic Excel skills (willingness to learn more advanced functions)
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (typing test required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
