The CSR will work as a member of a team and interact daily with the internal and external customers by providing world famous customer service and direction as needed. CSR's will report directly to the CSM.

Duties:

• Provide ongoing customer service and support to field office teams.
• Review, correct, and verify data via various web portals and spreadsheets.
• Update all of your work using an online database system.
• Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries and questions, handle concerns, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
• Remain available to take incoming calls using Interaction Client at all times while at your workstation.
• Make outbound calls in a call center environment.
• Create and respond to emails and chats in a proper and professional manner. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive associate information.
• Train others on taking calls.

• Spanish speaking a plus

Requirements: Background Check, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.88 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
