We are looking for a Customer Service III to join one of our Fortune 500 clients. Job Summary: We are seeking someone responsible for processing and managing customer orders from start to finish via E-Mail, phone, or EDI, communicates directly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure order accuracy. Supports returns, credits, and inventory updates while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Leads or supports process improvements, team training, and cross-functional projects to enhance service.
