Our client, a leading provider in customer service solutions, is seeking a Customer Service II to join their team. As a Customer Service II, you will be part of the operations team supporting customer satisfaction and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Continuously monitor multiple alarm systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide accurate information to customers.
• Utilize a database to retrieve customer or company information as needed.
• Follow detailed instructions and utilize various resources to deliver precise information.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and critical thinking while managing customer interactions.

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using complex computer applications and resource materials.
• Familiarity with operating environments such as Windows, DOS, and Mainframe.
• Proven skills in PC software products including Maximo, Cognos, Sharepoint, Smartsheets, Excel, and MS Word.
