Personalization at scale is key to digital growth, spanning the entire guest journey—from acquisition to post-stay reactivation. The vision is to deliver the most relevant products, offers, experiences, and information across digital (web, app, email, paid media, social) and offline (front desk, concierge, direct mail, contact centers) channels using AI-assisted decisioning and recommendations. This role supports the design, development, and operation of the Customer Data Platform (CDP); collaborating with engineering, IT, Digital, Data, and Marketing teams to align architecture and integration strategies that activate personalized experiences across the ecosystem. The Customer Data Platform Lead Engineer works directly in CDP and within other parts of the MarTech stack to build and iterate on the single customer view to support business partners and downstream tools where customer data is used. The CDP Engineer is an expert in using, understanding, and acting on customer data. They use the CDP to unlock powerful insights from a wide range of data sources to inform ongoing company and marketing strategy.
