Customer Data Platform (CDP) Lead Engineer

Job Opportunity

Collaborate with CDP Product Manager and business partners to understand the go-to-market process, customer lifecycle, and customer strategy, and how customer data and the Amperity CDP can enable success. Develop customer analyses and use data to identify solutions to challenging customer problems (e.g. causes of customer churn, attributes of high-value customers, etc.). Build dashboards in BI tools for "always-on" customer trend monitoring. Supporting the organization and business partners with the right source data, new data assets, and destination connections to drive internal Skills CDP.

• Build clean customer profiles from large datasets.
• Enable audience activation (e.g., pushing segments to Google Ads).
• Help define data attributes in a marketer-friendly way.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
