Position Overview: The role involves designing, programming, and supporting automated systems across various industrial applications. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and configuring drive systems for automated machinery
• Programming and troubleshooting PLC systems
• Designing and implementing HMI applications
• Integrating and supporting data acquisition and SCADA systems
• Designing electrical circuits and creating associated documentation
• Creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Conducting system testing and validation
• Performing system start-ups and commissioning at customer sites
• Providing field engineering services and technical support
• Delivering customer service to internal teams and external clients
• Conducting engineering studies to support system improvements

Travel Requirements: Approximately 75% travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, and support—primarily within Illinois and the Midwest. 25% onsite work at the Crest Hill location for system development and preparation.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
