Commercial Development Account Executive

As a Commercial Development Account Executive, you will challenge customers to disrupt and innovate, helping businesses seize the enormous opportunities of digital transformation. You will manage an average of 15-20 accounts in an assigned territory, responsible for overall account management and maintaining customer relationships to positively impact our Net Promoter Score (NPS). You will grow accounts by understanding and aligning our capabilities to a Customer's desired business outcomes and by positioning Softchoice as a trusted "go-to" strategic partner.

Your role involves strategic account planning, developing strong executive and C-level relationships, leveraging Salesforce and Softchoice sales methodology, and identifying client business problems to address through the solution sale of software, hardware, and services. You will maintain strategic alignment with local vendor and distribution channel partnerships, keep updated on product and industry knowledge, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to satisfy customers' business objectives.

To succeed, you need 2+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment, experience in the technology industry preferred, and a solid understanding of how to manage a sales funnel. You will demonstrate strong verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills, with an ability to present complex solutions in a simple manner. You should be proficient in Salesforce and Office 365 applications, and have a high-level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.

The expected base wage rate for this role is $50,000. Combined base plus incentives at target is $110,000. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including cell allowances, commissions, and a comprehensive benefits plan.
