Epstein is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Civil site engineering team for the design and plan production of greenfield or brownfield site improvement projects including commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use located throughout the country. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of civil engineering design experience. All candidates must understand the project management process from inception through completion.
We are looking for a strong technical leader with financial project management experience including scheduling, contract control, budget and cost control. Supervisory experience with groups of technical staff is a plus. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, proactive and will have experience specific to private development. This position requires candidates to design innovative and technically sound solutions in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes.
