As part of the Software Engineering (PI) team, you are to design and develop large scale distributed data processing systems/applications or large scale internet systems utilizing Java, Scala, Python, JavaScript etc. As a Manager you are to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for securing project success and maintaining exceptional standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop large-scale distributed data processing systems
  • Utilize programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python, and JavaScript
  • Lead teams and manage client accounts with strategic planning
  • Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance their skills

What You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
