About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious, organized, and results-driven Growth Marketing Analyst to support marketing programs that drive restaurant and hospitality venue acquisition across Resy and Tock. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, this role will play a key part in executing and optimizing inbound marketing efforts that generate and convert leads within the American Express Global Dining Network. This person will work closely with Global Dining Sales, Product Marketing, and the extended marketing teams to support campaign execution, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hungry self-starter comfortable testing and learning in white space, passionate about business-to-business marketing strategy, and data-driven with a strong attention to detail and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of venue acquisition marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery across channels like referral, media, content, and partnerships.
  • Track and monitor full inbound funnel performance, surfacing key trends and learnings with the Growth Marketing team.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to test new campaign tactics, creative approaches, and audience strategies to drive measurable growth.
  • Collaborate with the Media and Ops & Insights teams to ensure tracking accuracy and campaign performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing and Creative teams to create internal and external Sales enablement materials that effectively communicate Resy value.
  • Assist in building marketing briefs, campaign recaps, and test summaries, ensuring insights are documented and shared across teams.
  • Support content and creative development for inbound channels, including email, landing pages, and referral assets.
  • Maintain organization across campaign calendars, budgets, and reporting documents.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or marketplace business.
  • Hands-on experience supporting campaigns across paid, owned, or earned marketing channels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Basic familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM and tracking platforms.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools, tactics, and testing methods.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills; enjoys working cross-functionally.
  • Curiosity about the restaurant and hospitality industry, and how marketing can help venues grow through technology.

Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually bonus benefits. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
