Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, located in downtown Chicago, invites applications for the position of Director of System Employee Corporate Health Services (ECHS). This is a 75% administrative and 25% clinical (outpatient) position functioning on a 5-day, eight-hour shift schedule reporting to the Associate Vice President of Corporate Services. The Employee Health functions across the system providing critical services to all Rush employees, beginning with new employee screening, injury evaluations and management, mandatory immunizations, monitoring and treatment of communicable disease exposures with special attention to w/c case management, fit for duty and return-to-work (RTW) evaluations.
Department/division specs: One fellow Employee Health APP and one Employee Health Physician + 16 clinical staff direct reports + Works closely with Infectious Diseases, Occupational Safety, Pharmacy and Emergency Department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications: Applicants with five years of previous Advanced Practice Provider experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care and/or occupational medicine is preferred. Relevant RN experience may be considered.

Position Requirements:
Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, specialty; relevant experience and training; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Additional compensation may include premium pay rates, sign-on bonuses, and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
Pay Range: $124,610 - $175,000
