Founded in 1963, Marcy Laboratories is a contract manufacturer of fine fragrance and home fragrance products with locations in West Chicago and Glendale Heights, IL. We are seeking an account manager to join our team. Account manager duties will include maintaining and growing existing accounts, with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service for those clients. Must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction. Work closely with production and quality control staff to help coordinate client specific productions of finished goods. Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner. Must have the ability to coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings via phone (Teams, Google Meet, etc.) Must be a problem solver and self-starter who is able to figure out solutions. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is essential. Ability to write purchase orders as needed as it relates to client specific needs/materials. Must possess excellent e-mail communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers in an effective and respectful manner. Must have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
