Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Wheeler, IL area. This individual will play a key role in driving growth across our light industrial and manufacturing staffing solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop new business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and high-margin local businesses.
• Expand and retain existing customer relationships, increasing market share and profitability.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales metrics through prospecting, networking, and consultative selling.
• Build and deliver proposals, contracts, and customized pricing models.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing consultative solutions tailored to client needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in a staffing agency (required).
• Background in light industrial and manufacturing staffing sales (preferred).
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver consultative workforce solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of competitive market trends and industry practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a growth-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)
• Incentive Plan with significant earning potential
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
