What We're Looking For:

We're on the hunt for a Sales Analyst who brings both numbers and narratives to life. Someone who understands the story behind the data, and can connect the dots between sales performance and business growth. If you've got a strong commercial sense, love working with dashboards, and can present your insights in a clear and impactful way — we want to hear from you.

- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.

- Build and maintain dashboards that help the team track KPIs and make informed decisions.

- Use Sales Buzz and ERP systems to extract, organize, and interpret sales figures.

- Prepare regular reports and deep-dive analyses to support sales forecasting and strategy.

- Present insights to internal stakeholders in a clear and engaging way — turning numbers into actionable stories.

- Collaborate with the commercial and finance teams to align analysis with business goals.

- Support decision-making on pricing, promotions, and territory performance.

- Help identify new growth opportunities based on market and sales data.

- Visit key product locations and sales points regularly to verify reported figures on-ground, compare them with sales reports, and ensure accuracy and transparency.

- Maintain close contact with the sales team in the field to cross-check data and identify any gaps or inconsistencies.

- Be willing to spend time on-site — not just behind a screen — to truly understand what's happening in the market.

What You'll Need:

- A strong commercial background is a must — you understand how sales really works.

- Hands-on experience with Sales Buzz and ERP systems.

- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio).

- The ability to design clean, effective dashboards, structured reports and adhocks that tell a story at a glance.

- Excellent storytelling skills — you can explain the 'why' behind the 'what'.

- Strong presentation skills — you're comfortable speaking with both sales teams and senior management.

- Strong excel competency is required.

- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

- A basic finance background — you understand margins, revenue, and cost structures.
