Data & Analytics Engineer
We are seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable batch and real-time data pipelines. You will play a key role in enabling product development, business analytics, and reporting initiatives. Your contributions will ensure data accessibility, quality, and consistency across the organization, empowering stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build batch (and occasionally real-time) data pipelines and models for product, analytics, and reporting purposes
- Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting for business stakeholders
- Developing dashboards and visualizations to expose data to users and stakeholders effectively
- Monitor data quality and integrity, designing and developing checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Core technologies: Python, SQL, Metabase, AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience Required: 1+ year
- Specific industry or technical experience
- Hands-on experience in SQL + any programming language, Python is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
