Marketing Specialist
IKH is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team has grown by more than 80%, we have moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2025 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the development of the company's marketing and communication efforts to establish the Group's position as a leader in new-era technologies, while also highlighting the unique working environment that IKH Group and its companies offer.
Collaborating closely with fascinating cross-functional teams and individuals from product development, sales, engineering and HR, as well as with our ecosystem of partners, digital agencies and media, the role aims to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to the company's growth in both sales and brand value.
This position encompasses the following key communication and project management areas and reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. Acting as the main liaison for all the Group's companies, your responsibilities will include:
- Event Marketing: Assist in planning and promoting tech conferences, webinars and virtual events where the company's products, services and partners ecosystem can be showcased.
- Content Development: Create compelling content for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product descriptions, landing pages, and marketing collateral that highlights the technical features and benefits of the company's solutions.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email. Track and optimize performance to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Design & Visual Creativity: Develop impactful visuals using digital tools, ensuring brand consistency across physical and digital platforms.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. Use insights to promote account-based marketing strategies, adjust marketing tactics and differentiate the company's offerings.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key metrics such as campaign performance, conversion rates and ROI. Use data insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.
