Sales Representative

At SERVPRO of Wilson County, we proudly serve homeowners and businesses across Wilson County and Nashville with expert fire, water, and mold remediation services. When disaster strikes, our mission is to respond quickly, restore properties, and support our community with professionalism and care. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our local market presence by building strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers who trust us to take care of their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and community partners.
• Promote SERVPRO services through office visits, lunch & learns, CE classes, networking events, and community involvement.
• Track and report on sales activities (visits, calls, new contacts, opportunities).
• Partner with Operations to ensure seamless customer experiences from referral through project completion.
• Represent SERVPRO professionally at industry and community events.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in outside sales, business development, or account management (restoration or insurance industry experience preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Local market knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
