  • 1–2 years experience in the Disaster Restoration field; IICRC certifications preferred.
  • 6–12 months of sales experience or prior sales training highly desired.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using social media and web-based sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to present information effectively to clients one-on-one or in small groups.
  • Strong aptitude for basic math related to sales calculations.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally for trade shows, networking events, and post-catastrophe service opportunities.
  • Flexibility to work outside traditional hours when needed to represent the company at social or business events.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants to grow with a respected restoration company. You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory, develop key relationships, and earn competitive commissions while being part of a supportive team that values loyalty, initiative, and results.
