What Does An Office Administrator With Paul Davis Do?

  • Support job costing and job setup within restoration software and QuickBooks, including data entry and documentation
  • Support the daily operations of the franchise as needed
  • Maintain and organize accounting, computer and financial records for franchise
  • Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
  • This role will start broad and general with opportunities to specialize in accounting, operations or office management as the business grows

The Office Administrator works with owners and the office staff to ensure that all jobs are costed properly, accurately, and follow the guidelines for Office Administrator. You will be practicing continuous improvement every day as you establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow team members!

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver's license
  • Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed

Role On The Team (Job Responsibilities):

  • Public Relations-establish a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow employees
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
  • Be a great representative of our brand!
  • Collecting information-possess strong listening and communication skills, ask questions and monitor various aspects of the business to detect problems
  • Support all phases of job costing
  • Support the daily operations of the franchise as needed
  • Maintain and organize accounting, computer and financial records
  • Request and maintain updated Workplace Safety certificates & insurance coverage for subcontractors
  • Process payroll as needed
