The Opportunity: This is an outbound marketing and business development position covering the Baltimore area including the city and surrounding counties. We have an "Open Territory Model" so the geography and vertical industries you can market to are unlimited. You would be tasked with growing our existing referral sources as well as attracting new ones. You must love "relationship building". The performance based pay component of the position is unlimited. At or above plan, this is a $100,000+ job. We seek "that special person" and we are open to both a part-time or full-time position. We are looking to grow our team and plan to hire several new team members. Great candidates might be a recent college graduate, a stay at home mom looking to return to work, a seasoned marketing/sales person looking to make a change or someone from the restoration industry who is seeking a new and improved culture or the ability to earn more money. Commercial marketing success would be a real plus. Company owner has a 45 year track record in marketing and business development management success, so plenty of awesome training and support is available. We have recently implemented a robust CRM which will help you be more productive and produce more results.

Established sales goals are met or exceeded. Customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. Revenue is maximized with repeat customer. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations. A PuroClean Marketing Representative takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
