Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst - ADP Workforce Now

We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our HR team and serve as the functional owner of our HR systems, with a primary focus on ADP Workforce Now. In this role, you will support both corporate teams and HR contacts across our supported franchise locations, helping ensure our HR systems are configured accurately, operate reliably, and deliver meaningful data that supports compliance and effective decision making.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in HR, understands HR processes firsthand, has used or supported ADP Workforce Now and has hands on experience configuring and supporting an HRIS environment. You will translate business and compliance needs into system solutions, partner closely with HR and business stakeholders, and help drive continuous improvement across our HR technology landscape. Supports United States and Canada operations.

Location: Flexible. Remote or Jacksonville, FL hybrid based on business needs. Salary Range: $85K - $105K annually. Benefits Include: 401k with matching; health & welfare insurance; paid vacation and sick leave; wellness reimbursements; etc.
