We are seeking a Field Estimator/Sales Representative who will play a key role in managing customer relationships, preparing estimates for restoration work, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite inspections of property damage (water, fire, mold, storm, etc.)
• Prepare accurate and timely estimates using Xactimate or similar software
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and commercial clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Collaborate with our production and office teams to ensure job success

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in restoration, construction estimating, or related sales roles
• Knowledge of Xactimate software preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
