Responsibilities:
- Dispatch technicians to jobs in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, invoices, and work orders
- Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance appointments
Qualifications:
- At minimum 2-year dispatching (or similar) experience is preferred
- Able to participate in mandatory after-hour rotation
Compensation: $34,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
