As the Presales Manager UKI, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the presales team's effectiveness to support the sales organization. Your role includes providing guidance, coaching, and day-to-day management to the presales team, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer engagements.
You will lead a team of highly skilled Presales Solution Architects, inspiring and motivating them while continuously elevating their performance to the next level. You will report to the Presales Director UKI & Benelux. Additionally, you will play a key role in engaging with prospects, customers, and partners, ensuring the proper positioning of value-focused IFS solutions to drive significant sales revenue for IFS.
This position requires both customer-facing engagement and the internal leadership of the presales team within the UKI Market Unit (MU). You will work closely with sales executives to help secure business, win deals, and create satisfied customers by demonstrating the value of our solutions.
