Job Description

Be a key part of our Nordic HR team. We are looking for an HR Generalist in Sweden (Linköping or Stockholm) for a fixed term employment until end of August 2027.

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Nordic Human Resources team in Sweden. This fixed-term position, based in Linköping or Stockholm, plays a central role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and fostering our commitment to co-operation, compliance, and a healthy work environment.

The Opportunity

As an HR Generalist, you will be a vital partner to managers, employees and HR colleagues throughout the Nordics and globally. You will combine hands-on HR support with contributions to long-term people and workplace development. This role offers a unique chance to engage with a diverse workforce, influence positive change, and help shape our company's people practices.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• A strong communicator who can build trust, navigate sensitive topics, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle daily tasks while contributing to strategic HR projects.
• Experienced in HR, with background in operational and advisory role — preferably within a Swedish or Nordic context.
• Knowledgeable about Swedish employment law, collective agreements, and the Swedish Model of workplace cooperation.
• Committed to fostering a fair, inclusive, and healthy work environment for all employees.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
