The Associate Cloud Architect (CA) is responsible for providing in-depth technical expertise to the Unified Support Organisation, owning the overall design of IFS Cloud Services offering and driving operational excellence.
This role is to work within the CCOE – Cloud Architect team, specialising in IFS Cloud, IFS.ai (Nexus) as well as support for our IFS Apps10 service offering.
Associate Cloud Architects primary role:
Responsibilities include:
Confident troubleshooter: Ability to work through a brand new problem methodically to narrow down likely root cause
Experience working with IFS customers
Understanding of how IFS EFP/EAM products bring value to our customers
Experience integrating IFS with other products (including other IFS products)
Experience handling difficult customers
Confident working with Microsoft Azure
Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) administration
Monitoring & Logging Technologies (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic)
Competence with Oracle 19c
Linux administration
Gitlab automation
Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104 or AZ-305)
