We are looking for someone who wants to work with proactive and advisory sales! As an insurance advisor with us, you ensure that our customers are properly insured in life’s small and big decisions. In the role of selling insurance advisor, you will contact new and existing customers by phone to review their private insurances.
Your mission includes contacting customers, booking meetings for insurance reviews, and working on the sale of insurances based on the customer’s needs. You will work with all the insurances we offer, such as home, car, and personal insurance.
Your journey starts with an intensive three-week training where you will deepen your knowledge of our products, systems, and sales techniques. During this time, you will receive continuous coaching so that you can grow and develop in your role.

Location: Malmö
Scope: The position is a permanent full-time employment. We apply a probationary period of six months. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 10 – 18 and Friday 09:45 – 14:00.
Pay: Fixed guaranteed salary (guaranteed salary), with the possibility to influence your salary with variable compensation.
