The IT Business Partner for Finance and HR will act as a strategic interface between IT and the Finance and HR departments, aligning business needs with IT initiatives. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, translating business requirements into IT projects, overseeing the delivery of IT solutions, mitigating risks, communicating changes, monitoring budgets, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Your role as a Business Partner for Finance and HR will involve:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance and HR departments to understand their goals, objectives, and operational needs.
- Translate business requirements into actionable IT projects and solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and the business areas, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide a holistic perspective on cross-departmental processes to identify synergies and align initiatives.
- Communicate IT priorities, capabilities, and constraints effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure IT solutions are designed, implemented, and maintained to meet business requirements and expectations.
- Contribute to the planning, design, and execution of IT solutions and projects.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of IT solutions prior to involving business stakeholders to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
- Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects and initiatives.
- Effectively communicate system changes, project updates, and timelines to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to business users to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Monitor IT spending and ensure alignment with budget allocations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and technology-driven improvements.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration). A master's degree is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or consulting, with proven expertise in managing IT projects supporting Finance and HR functions.
- Knowledge: Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) and Human Resources (HR). Expertise in other ERP or HR solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) will be highly valued.
- Language Skills: High proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Visionary and strategic thinking with the ability to drive innovation and change. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
