Job Title: Account Manager at Idnty
Your mission at Idnty: Are you the perfect intermediary between customer requests and creative implementation? As an Account Manager, you unite three roles: You advise customers on their marketing challenges, support them long-term as a trusted partner, and manage all projects from idea to implementation. You ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
Tasks
What you do specifically:
- You advise your customers proactively on marketing strategies, campaign optimizations, and new communication approaches.
- You manage 6-8 customer projects independently with budgets between 10,000-80,000€.
- You develop long-term customer relationships and identify potential for follow-up orders.
- You conduct regular customer meetings, status updates, and strategic project reviews.
- You create detailed project plans, timelines, and coordinate internal resources (concept, design, text, online marketing).
- You monitor project budgets, hours, and ensure profitable project execution.
- You prepare customer presentations and present interim and final results.
- You coordinate external service providers (photographers, programmers) and production partners.
- You conduct project briefings and ensure clear communication of all requirements.
- You monitor quality standards and deadlines from kickoff to final delivery.
- You analyze customer needs and develop appropriate solution proposals for their marketing challenges.
- You create monthly project reports, success measurements, and account development plans for your customers.
Qualification
Must-have skills:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, or customer service (agency preferred).
- Experience with project management tools (Awork, Monday, Trello, or similar).
- Secure handling of budget tracking and resource planning.
- Understanding of agency operations, cross-media campaign development, and marketing consulting.
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and customer consulting on marketing topics.
- Presentation skills and confident customer communication.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, print, corporate design, brand, and strategic customer consulting.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Consulting skills and understanding of business development for customers.
- Experience in customer success management and account development.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Industry knowledge in B2B marketing or specific areas.
