As a technical customer consultant (m/w/d) at IDEXX, you will need a curious mindset. We are a customer-oriented company. We have the latest technologies and diagnostic equipment, but we don't just sell them; we fully support our veterinarians in their use. This ensures that our customers' interaction with our devices runs smoothly.
Part of your role will be troubleshooting our technical equipment (hematology and biochemistry). We want you to put yourself in our customers' shoes and proactively integrate into the team. You will support veterinarians with advice and assistance, answer questions about our blood analysis devices, help with operation, or solve technical problems, always striving to provide the best possible service to our customers. Over time, you will learn to support new exciting analysis devices. As you build solid relationships with your customers, they will know they can trust your expertise.
While there is some routine in most roles, there is much more to it! Your customers will challenge you. Therefore, you should remain calm under pressure and, with the help of your creativity and colleagues, find suitable solutions for every problem.
